The M.J Emonds crew took on the Fishers Island Club house for the Fishers Island Golf club in New York. Fishers Island is a small island located off the cost of Groton, CT. The crew had to get to the job by ferry and it took about a year to complete.

Wesleyan University Bookstore operated by R. J. Julia Booksellers. Wesleyan moved their bookstore to the Main Street area of Middletown. M.J. Emonds was proud to be part of this project for the University, it took almost a year to complete.
